The Studio

Being kids we used to read fairy tales where the main character does the job he loves the most. His work is appreciated, and it benefits others. We became adults. Now our time has come to create a fairy tale for ourselves and others. We opened the Goodstory studio and gathered talents. Together we create something that we and our customers can be proud of.
Goodstory is a marketing studio. We work in the areas of strategy, creative, graphic design, animation, branding, marketing, communication. In our work, we use a strategy, a project approach, and user experience.

The Approach

Strategy


At the start of the project, the team creates a dozen ideas. We choose one to carry out. To do this, we use two criteria: the implementation of the idea solves the pain of the company and brings value to the client. Our task is to convey the benefit of the product or service to the customers through the creative. Useful things are always bought.

We comply with deadlines, we know how to allocate resources and utilize budget effectively. Together with the client, we establish the indicators of the completed project. Jointly we monitor the status and secure successful delivery of the project.

The client sees the product’s advertisement on the Internet, communicates with the seller in the messenger, and finishes the purchase at the point of sale. The customer’s touchpoints with the company through the content, product and service in various channels form the customer experience.
Our team always goes through a customer journey. Creative attracts customers, but user experience helps complete the purchase.
